Business application access and exposure
Review ERP, CRM, HRMS and integration access with the authorised owners. Define testing permissions, included environments and evidence handling before any assessment.
Understand your exposure and strengthen your defences with a scoped programme of assessment, hardening, monitoring and incident readiness.

Bring your systems, business risks and operational constraints into one practical security roadmap. Start with an agreed assessment scope, then assign remediation owners and validate improvements rather than treating a report as the finish line.
Understand findings in the context of your critical systems and data.
Focus remediation on access, configuration and protection gaps.
Give teams a defined process for recognising and escalating incidents.
Review in-scope infrastructure, cloud configuration and processes against agreed control requirements.
Plan authorised discovery, assess findings and track remediation priorities with system owners.
Review privileged access, multi-factor authentication and account lifecycle controls.
Assess security configurations and help configure agreed protection tooling for supported environments.
Define log sources, alert responsibilities, escalation paths and incident-response runbooks.
Support staff awareness, policy reviews and evidence preparation aligned with your organisation requirements.
Build a risk-based improvement plan with visible owners, dependencies and next actions.
Review identity, endpoint and remote-access controls across a changing working environment.
Organise control evidence and remediation tracking ahead of customer assessments or independent audits.
We confirm requirements, dependencies and acceptance criteria with your team. The proposal sets out the included capabilities, integrations and responsibilities.

Identify assets, business priorities and the permitted assessment activities.
Review evidence and findings, then rank remediation by risk and impact.
Implement approved changes and retest the agreed controls.
Maintain response runbooks, review access and revisit risks as systems change.
Scope security work around the systems, users and data you need to protect. Separate advisory assessment, remediation and ongoing operational responsibilities in the agreed engagement.
Review ERP, CRM, HRMS and integration access with the authorised owners. Define testing permissions, included environments and evidence handling before any assessment.
Assess permitted sources, sensitive information, model-provider terms and tool actions before introducing an enterprise assistant. An AI chatbot should not receive unrestricted credentials or private records.
Prioritise findings by business impact and confirm who implements and verifies each change. A report or software page is not certification or a guarantee that all risks have been eliminated.
Extend security work with named remediation owners, proportionate evidence and repeatable validation.
Explore these extensions during discovery. Availability, configuration, integrations and service commitments are confirmed in your agreed scope.
Assign findings to accountable owners and record planned fixes, dependencies and formally accepted residual risks.
Agree secure channels, access restrictions and retention for assessment evidence, logs and technical reports.
Explore discussion-based incident scenarios that clarify decision-making and communications before a real event.
The Security & Compliance page describes DO ALL platform controls. Cyber Security Services is a separately scoped engagement for your organisation technology, processes and security priorities.
Not automatically. Penetration testing needs explicit scope, written authorisation, agreed methods and testing windows. Its inclusion and deliverables are confirmed in the proposal.
No continuous monitoring or SOC coverage is assumed. Log sources, tools, staffing hours and escalation commitments must be agreed as part of a specific service plan.
We can discuss control mapping, gap reviews and evidence preparation. This does not constitute certification or legal advice, and independent certification remains a separate activity.
Agreed deliverables can include an executive summary, prioritised findings, a remediation plan and a review session. The proposal defines evidence handling and any validation or retesting.
The accountable business risk owner should make and document that decision with relevant technical advice. A scanner score alone should not determine business risk acceptance.
Agree evidence or retest criteria for each finding and confirm whether retesting is included in the engagement. Track unresolved dependencies separately.
It helps teams practise escalation, decision ownership and communications using a realistic scenario without disrupting production systems. It is not a guarantee of incident prevention.
